This role delivers guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns while using HR data to assist leadership in making informed decisions and action plans. The HRBP supports leaders through organizational change, collaborates with HR specialty areas to deliver integrated solutions, and ensures compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulatory standardsMinimum QualificationsRequired Educational Degree: Bachelor’s DegreeMajor/Area of Concentration: Human Resources or other business-related fieldPreferred EducationRequired Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR, Healthcare HR certificationsRequired Experience: 5+ years HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in one or more of the following employee relations, leadership consulting/coaching, talent and workforce planning, organizational development or change managementPreferred ExperienceJob Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practice of HR including employment law and compliance requirements Strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment Ability to set high personal goals and work independently Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues Ability to build trusted relationships and maintain confidentiality Ability to apply sound judgment in complex, sensitive, and high-risk situations Ability to collaborate across departments to drive alignment and results Job Specific Essential Functions Serve as a strategic partner to leaders by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns Support leaders in goal setting, performance reviews, coaching conversations, succession planning and performance improvement efforts Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions and assisting leaders in creating and implementing action plans Support leaders through organizational changes by providing coaching and change management resources that help caregivers and leaders adapt effectively to change Work closely with HR specialty areas (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, OD, HRSC) to provide integrated support to leadership Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards Develop and nurture partners through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees. Awareness of the culture, action plans, financial position, and competition of the business units supported. Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources division to develop policies, programs, and solutions. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
