Personal Lines Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal lines clients. Responsibilities include being main point of contact for clients, processing, claims, changes, renewals, rounding accounts when relevant, and day to day servicing of accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned personal lines accounts, including quotes, coverage changes, renewals, and certificatesMaintain accurate data in agency management systemsReview policies and documents for consistency and complianceCommunicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather informationAnalyze insurance-related contract requirementsProvide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environmentQualificationsActive and valid State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management, handling middle market accounts.
