In-Home and School-Based Services | Flexible Schedule
Overview
We are a new, mission-driven Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA who wants flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
You will work closely with experienced RBTs and receive guidance from a supportive Clinical Director. Supervision is provided through a hybrid in-person and telehealth model. Caseloads are assigned close to home whenever possible.
Duties
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs
Train caregivers and collaborate with other professionals
Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment adjustments
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children with ASD
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Reliable transportation for local travel
Compensation and Benefits
Salary of $85,000-$95,000 DOE
$2,000 sign-on bonus
