We're hiring licensed California therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) who want a stable caseload, consistent referrals, and the chance to make a real impact on student wellbeing. Choose between W-2 (full benefits) or 1099 (flexible contract). 100% remote.You do not have to be based in California to be eligible for this position, but you must be a licensed California therapist. Associate therapists are not eligible for this position.Key Benefits Competitive Compensation:W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm)W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians carry a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm PST), with a target of 17 completed sessions per week averaged across the month.
