This is a full-time position, offering an exceptional opportunity to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Antepartum unit.Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.Act as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Participate in the development and management of departmental budgets.Lead quality improvement initiatives within the Antepartum unit.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
