Regional Sales Manager

DIGI America is a rapidly growing technology and solutions provider committed to delivering best‐in‐class products and services to our customers.Position OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Acting as a critical link between customers and internal teams, the Regional Sales Manager ensures client expectations are met while supporting overall sales performance and company objectives.Responsibilities and DutiesCreate regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectivesReport on regional sales resultsUpdate sales forecast management sheet on a timely manner and make 3-month sales forecastPrepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibilityAnalyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growthAddress potential problems and suggest prompt solutionsCultivating and developing new Sales and Service DealersPreparing required weekly and monthly sales reportsParticipate in decisions for expansion and territory improvement.Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfactionCreate and set effective goals, develop business strategies and possess the knowledge and drive to achieve all company and individual goals.Assist the Accounting Team in the collection of past due accounts receivables for assigned end users and dealersRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory (Bachelor's Degree is a plus)10+ years of sales experience (food industry sales experience is a plus)Familiar with new media operation - Zoom, TeamsExceptional customer serviceStrong time management & territory management skillsThis is a home-based, full-time position, Mondays to Fridays 8 am to 5 pm and we offer full-time benefits, includingHealth insuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid VacationsProfit Sharing Plan401K planSales commission based on existing sales commission plan (will provide upon request)#J-18808-Ljbffr
