This is a fully remote, 40-hour per week contract position with the opportunity to shape the future of advertising technology. This position is a contract role and can work remotely anywhere in the US or outside of the US. They should be willing and open to collaborate with our US based engineering team during their business hours.Responsibilities includeCollaborate with our Product and Strategy teams to build customized reporting solutions for our clientsIntegrate new internal data sources as well as third-party APIs to enhance our reporting capabilitiesStreamline processes to allow for rapid prototyping to meet the reporting needs of new clientsWork with our Platform team to create monitoring which ensures data integrityExperiment with new tech to find the right tool for the jobUse Kanban to manage multiple releases per weekMaintain high code quality through code reviews and automated testsHere are a few indicators that you're the right personYou enjoy a fun, creative, and engaging working atmosphere free of brilliant jerksYou want to be part of a small team inside a large company with massive opportunity for growthYou enjoy collaboration with other teams including product, biz dev, and our in-house QA teamYou eagerly dig into complex engineering problemsPreferred skills and experiences2+ years of relevant work experienceYou have built customer–facing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Holistics, Looker, or TableauYou are comfortable writing SQL and manipulating large structured or unstructured datasets for analysisYou’ve designed schemas and optimized queries for a data warehouse like BigQuery or ClickHouseYou’ve built and maintained batch ETL/ELT jobs using an orchestration platform like Airflow, Temporal, or DagsterFamiliarity with Google Cloud or AWS big data productsWe’re open to allowing the right person to learn our industry on the job.
