Warehouse/forklift operator - 2nd shift

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* * Primary responsibility of position will be receiving goods and materials. * Responsible for overseeing entire shift. Coordinate work between other employees. Make sure all work completed by end of shift. * Responsible for counting and delivering materials to manufacturing or shipping areas per requisitions or shop orders, under the direction of the Warehouse Leadperson. * Receives and properly stores all manufactured and purchased materials in accordance with established procedures. Completes rejection tags for defective materials. * Assists in maintaining stock records, records material shortage information and reports to Warehouse Leadperson. * Works closely with 2nd shift Assembly Lead. Will assist in training new warehouse employees. * Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned. *REQUIREMENTS* * Knowledge of basic warehouse operations with ability to organize and exercise good judgment. * Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other related material handling equipment. * Basic mathematical skills. * Ability to manually lift and move materials as required, up to 50 lbs. * Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
