Based on-site in Boise, ID, this role involves implementing lawn care and pest control treatments, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring the proper application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. You will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service, manage treatment schedules, and maintain adherence to environmental and safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency with the safe use, calibration, and maintenance of spray equipmentIn-depth knowledge of pesticide and herbicide applications and lawn care best practicesStrong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and completing tasks efficientlyExcellent communication skills to interact with clients and address their concerns professionallyState-issued commercial pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain oneUnderstanding of environmental regulations and safe handling of chemicalsAbility to lift and carry equipment and supplies (up to 50 pounds)Driver’s license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in landscaping or commercial spray application is a plus
