Clinical Skills Trainer (ABA) – On-Site | Full-Time | VenturaLocations: Oxnard, Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Simi Valley Bilingual PreferredAbout the RoleBehavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a motivated Clinical Skills Trainer (ABA) to support clinical quality, staff development, and treatment fidelity across the Ventura region. This full-time, on-site role focuses on training, coaching, and supporting Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home setting.ScheduleFull-time, on-siteMonday–FridayOccasional evenings or Saturdays based on training and staffing needsKey ResponsibilitiesLead staff trainings, onboarding, and Safety-Care sessionsProvide hands-on coaching, shadowing, and clinical modeling for BTsSupport treatment fidelity, staff competency, and ABA best practicesProvide session coverage and real-time performance feedback as neededTrack training attendance and documentation in CentralReachTravel throughout the region to support home and community-based servicesQualifications & RequirementsActive RBT certification in good standing requiredBachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred3–4 years of ABA experience preferredStrong coaching, communication, and mentorship skillsReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record requiredAvailability for occasional afternoons/eveningsWhy Join BTA?Professional growth and leadership developmentSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and familiesPathway toward BCBA advancementIf you're ready to grow your ABA career while supporting clinical excellence across your community, we'd love to hear from you!
