Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building a talented workforce that aligns with our company's goals and culture. Duties Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through social media management, job boards, campus recruitment, and cold calling. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and extending offers to candidates. Utilize ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and others to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of recruitment. Manage employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying potential internal candidates for future roles. Engage in talent management activities including onboarding, employee relations, and training & development programs. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage offers effectively. Extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing. Proficiency with ATS systems such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft; HRIS platforms like ADP, UltiPro, Kronos; and social media management tools for talent acquisition purposes. Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing relationships across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in hiring practices. Familiarity with HR software including Salesforce, Paychex, Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, PeopleSoft; as well as lead generation tools for talent sourcing. Ability to research market trends and develop innovative recruiting strategies. Experience in employee orientation programs and employee relations management. Strong research skills combined with the ability to leverage various platforms for candidate sourcing and relationship management.
