Hear more about the company's culture in the words of our employees.What You’ll DoWe're seeking a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis FP&A to join our Finance team located at our Tampa, Florida office or remote. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a dynamic corporate finance and accounting team at a growing professional services firm. The Director of FP&A will support planning for key business processes, role requires strong financial reporting, planning, modeling skills and solid business judgment. The position also requires the ability to understand the big picture of the company's financial model, while being detail oriented.In This Role, You WillLead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.Generate comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant insights to support business decisions.Conduct variance analysis to understand trends, risks, and opportunities in the business.Own the development and enhancement of current management reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and profitability.Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business performance.Lead system enhancements and collaborate with contractors and IT to document and implement requirements to support new and/or changing metrics across multiple finance systems (i.e. Adaptive Planning, NetSuite) and ensure accuracy.Lead the implementation of a new budgeting/forecasting tool and collaborate with consultants to ensure design fits our requirements.Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional finance organization.Support strategy to driver curiosity and improve efficiency.Manage a team in India.Ad hoc and special projects as needed.What You’ll BringBS/BA in Corporate Finance or AccountingSeven (7) or more years of progressive professional experience in corporate financeExperience presenting analysis and insights using excellent oral communication and written business narrativesAbility to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutionsAbility to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects and prioritiesSelf-starter who anticipates the needs of managementAdvance Microsoft Excel skills (macros, complex formulas, etc.)NetSuite experiencePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in accounting and finance with companies providing consulting services or having project-oriented revenue recognitionExperience with NetSuite financials and reportsWhat We OfferOur world-class work environment encompasses flexible and remote work options, a commitment to equity, and nationally respected teams in management consulting and technology services.
