As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day jobsite operations on multiple projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control.
You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, city inspectors, and clients to ensure our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Constructify’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily jobsite operations, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across trades (framing, MEP, finishes, etc.).
Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs for quality control and safety compliance.
Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsites at all times.
Read and interpret architectural/structural plans and specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress, delays, and required changes.
Schedule and coordinate city inspections and ensure all work meets local code requirements.
Track material deliveries, inventory, and jobsite logistics.
Resolve onsite issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain digital daily logs, photos, and documentation via company software.
Represent Constructify professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, and neighbors.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–7 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or lead role.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (California-specific experience preferred).
Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Experience with commercial ground up construction and TI projects is a major plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and job sites.
Comfortable using project management apps, daily logs, and photo documentation tools.
Experience using Microsoft Project scheduling software and experience using Procore.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (typically $110,000–$140,000+ depending on background).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
