Parking Operations Supervisor

Join our team as a Parking Operations Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming parking experience for residents, visitors, and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys project management, community engagement, and helping maintain high-quality public infrastructure.Duties include:Research and respond to parking inquiries and concerns from the public.Liaison with the Town Center Advisory Board, the Resort Area Advisory Committee, the Police Department, and various stakeholders and ownership interests and attend meetings as needed.Conduct parking facilities operational and maintenance inspections.Maintain City parking resources to ensure cleanliness and attractiveness to customers and maximize safety and security within budgetary constraints.Monitor parking management contractors' compliance with city policies.Serve as a project manager for parking facility rehabilitation and replacement projects. Provide oversight into the garage capital maintenance program and work scheduling and keep detailed records of past work and warranty documentation as well as on-going facility conditions.Interface with vendors and ensure contract compliance. Meet and communicate with staff in other City departments.Participate in special events planning to maximize parking availability, safety, and security while ensuring financial sustainability of the parking system.Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less.
