Network Administrator

Type: Onsite (not remote) - Full-time Salaried Exempt Location: Fort Johnson Salary: Commensurate with experience Requirements: U.S. Citizen Active/recent (last 24 months) U.S. government security clearance Minimum experience of three years performing Network Administration, preferably as part of a government branch. Experience tracking multiple projects and items. Experience working with servers and various databases. CompTia Security+ certification CCNA certification (or capable of becoming certified within 6 months of hire) Physical/Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Talk, see, and hear. Use repetitive wrist, hand, and/or finger movement. Lift and move items up to 25 pounds. Job Description: Maintain Cisco IOS switches (3550xl, 3750x). Maintain Cisco Nexus switches (5K, 7K). Upgrade code for Cisco switches. Design and maintain spanning tree topology (STP, MSTP). Troubleshoot fiber (single mode, multimode, 100mb, 1000mb, 10000mb). TCP/IP management. Perform upgrades and patches. Clearance: Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Hire dates are dependent upon the issuance of an interim or final government security clearance.
