Quality Manager

We are looking for a talented Quality Manager for our Partner Facility ERC Company located in Compton, California.https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/110063142Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Quality Department, including inspectorsMaintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standardsOversee first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspectionsDrive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Lead internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits (ISO 9001)Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructionsMonitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve quality issuesReview customer specifications, drawings, and tolerance requirementsManage calibration systems and inspection equipmentEnsure proper training and development of quality personnelQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environmentDirect experience in a job shop settingStrong background in:Sheet metal fabricationCNC milling and turning operationsWorking knowledge of GD&T and blueprint readingExperience with quality standards (ISO 9001 and ITAR Compliance) (AS9100 knowledge a plus)Proficiency with inspection tools (CMM, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)Experience leading corrective action processes and continuous improvement initiativesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsCompesation$40.00+ hourly DOE.Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
