Due to our unique model, and niche population, the Program Manager does not oversee Behavior Interventionists. The Program Manager also works within a geographically defined area and/or specific service line, and contributes clinical knowledge, team leadership, feedback and insight to support the success of four customer groups, and works under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and/or Clinical Director:•       Organization: Promote our brand, reputation, culture and business results•       Funding Sources: Ensure quick service of new referrals, impact on client progress and compliance with funding source requirements•       Assigned Clients: Sustain high quality clinical practice, impactful client progress, excellent customerservice and support from all team membersThe impact of the daily work of the Program Manager optimizes these business results:•       Client Progress & Customer Satisfaction: timely launch of services with highly trained staff focusedon quality clinical programming and efficacy•       Employee Satisfaction & Retention: minimizing turnover, recruiting, and training costs, and maximizing success and professional development of the clinical team•      Revenue & Profit: resulting from utilization of contracted hours and other business This position Reports to the Clinical Supervisor and/or Chief Executive Office and/or Clinical Director.This position may require driving 30 to 60 (or more) miles a day when conducting quality control, direct intervention, supervision and/or consultation in the field, as well as occasional travel outside of regular businesshours to serve as a company representative at conferences (internal and industry) and in new areas in development.Primary Responsibilities:•       Directly provide Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services for a minimum of 30 hours per week•       Take accurate data on targeted skills and behaviors in the moment•       Work with the primary assigned BCBA on the case to make and implement treatment decisions•       Manage consistent delivery of clinical practice across the territory•       Support launch and delivery of clinical services in the territory•       Manage productivity of territories: utilization, growth, and additional regional metrics to be determined•       Complete reports for approval for funding source submission•       Provide field coverage and/or conduct assessments, if needed to support regional operations•       Support clinical and training initiatives to ensure data and reporting systems are clinically appropriate,efficiently utilized, and compliant with Behavioral Imprints LLC and BACB standards•       Ensure enforcement of Behavioral Imprints LLC policies and those of funding source, industry, state, and federal regulations within the territory•       Ensure ongoing communication to alleviate any high-level issues with the families, funding sources, and staff•       Represent company effectively at industry events, with funding sources, families and staff•       Maintain accurate schedule in practice management systems•       Submit session notes to Behavioral Imprints standards, and in compliance with funding source requirements in a timely fashion•       Represent Behavioral Imprints’ ethics and values with families, funding sources and community membersJob Skills:•       Excellent ABA and clinical skills•       Excellent written and spoken communication: clear language, accurate grammar and spelling; additionally, communications are timely (within 24 hours unless on PTO), active listening skills present, clarity and conciseness, along with polite presentation and affect in difficult situations presented•       Excellent time management skills: billable vs non‐billable, onsite/direct vs offsite/indirect hours•       Excellent relationship management skills, customer service orientation, collaboration and team player attitude with all customers (colleagues, client families and funding sources)•       Adaptability/Flexibility with case, staff, and organizational transitions•       Give and receive constructive feedback•       Customer service oriented•       Collaborative demeanorRequired Experience and Credentials:•       Enrolled in coursework towards BCBA•       2+ years of ABA experienceWe have two positions available; one requires you are licensed as a RBAI in OR and a CBT in WA State.
