About the CompanyWe’re seeking an experienced Lead Anaplan Solution Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for our enterprise planning platform. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner with Finance, IT, Data Engineering, and business leaders to drive the architecture, scalability, governance, and long-term success of our Anaplan ecosystem.About the RoleAs the lead architect, you will define enterprise-wide solution standards, integration strategies, and platform governance practices while guiding the technical roadmap for Connected Planning initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in designing scalable, high-performing solutions that support financial planning and operational decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise architecture strategy and solution design across multiple planning domainsDefine best practices for Anaplan model architecture, ALM, performance optimization, and modular designDrive integration strategy with Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platformsEstablish governance standards for modeling, deployment, release management, security, SOX compliance, and audit readinessProvide technical leadership for architects, model builders, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teamsPartner with FP&A, IT, Product Owners, and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with business prioritiesShape the Anaplan roadmap, Connected Planning strategy, and future-state platform visionIdentify opportunities for automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across enterprise planning processesQualifications5+ years as a Certified Anaplan Solution Architect leading complex enterprise implementations5+ years supporting planning solutions within IT organizations and cross-functional environmentsRequired SkillsStrong experience with enterprise data architecture, data warehousing, and integration designDeep understanding of Snowflake, Power BI, ERP, CRM, and HR systems integrationsPreferred SkillsProven expertise in SOX compliance, audit controls, governance, and risk managementDemonstrated success influencing stakeholders, driving architectural decisions, and delivering scalable enterprise solutionsCompensation PackageComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, participation in 401(K) (USA) & DCPP (Canada) with company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company-paid holidays, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
