Responsibilities: * Process, move, and stage production and support materials between storage, production, and operational areas * Monitor and analyze work-in-process (WIP) to support production flow * Update part and material status using automated inventory and tracking systems * Identify material shortages, discrepancies, and risks to parts availability and recommend corrective actions * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain system and physical inventory accuracy * Coordinate with production, planning, and support teams to set priorities, expedite materials, and prevent schedule delays * Operate with limited supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications: * Ability to obtain NASA facility access (Public Trust) * U.S. Citizenship requiredBackground check processed post-start (not a Secret clearance)High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of related work experience or relevant military experience * 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service environment3+ years of experience with warehouse inventory accountability (parts accuracy, tracking, reconciliation)3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs frequently during an 8-hour shift100% onsite role at a designated facilityWillingness to work 2nd shift and any shift as required Preferred Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience with: * Inventory Management Systems / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) * Packaging operations * Kitting and cycle counting Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer Your Recruiter What to Expect * Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications. * Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
