The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing recreational activities, organizing therapeutic recreation programs, and planning events that engage and benefit the residents. The role includes daily interaction with residents to support their well-being, coordinating with other staff for training, and ensuring a positive and stimulating environment.QualificationsStrong Communication skillsExperience in Recreation and Therapeutic RecreationProficiency in Event Planning and TrainingExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentExperience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's is a plusBachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldResponsibilities (embedded in overview/role description)Plan and implement recreational activities and therapeutic recreation programs.
