Our Milford, CT client is seeking an SMT Machine Operator. Join a high‑performance electronics manufacturing team where precision, speed, and technology come together. We're looking for an SMT Machine Operator who can keep production running smoothly while ensuring our PCBs meet the highest standards. What You'll Do · Set up, run, and fine‑tune SMT equipment—including pick‑and‑place machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, and AOI systems. · Load/unload PCBs and ensure accurate alignment and component placement. · Inspect boards for defects and maintain top‑tier quality throughout production. · Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep lines moving. · Track production data, monitor machine performance, and help hit daily output targets. · Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant work environment. What You Bring · Experience in SMT operations or electronics manufacturing. · Familiarity with SMT machinery and processes (Fuji Aimex3 and Mirtec AOI experience a plus). · Basic electronics knowledge, including soldering and PCB assembly. · Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions. · Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork mindset. · High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
