Social Media Manager, Wellness Office

PHYSIOVICTORY Physical Therapy Redefined is looking to bring on a Part-Time Social Media Manager for our health and wellness office in Conroe, TX. Our clientele are frustrated with traditional medical clinics and seek out the individualized care provided in our spa-like environment. Our Physical Therapists empower patients through education, movement, and lifestyle changes. Services include physical therapy, dry needling, muscle recovery, and manual therapy. We are a self-pay private practice. This role requires the attention of someone who is organized, proactive, and results driven. In our intimate setting - working closely with the owner, staff therapist, and admin assistants or interns - it is vital to have an energetic and self-starter attitude! We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across our social media platforms. Your goal will be to raise awareness about our services, connect with current and potential patients, and foster a sense of community. This is an in person position with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our practice goals. - Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos that reflect our brand and services. - Manage and schedule posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and a cross-posting platform called SocialBee. - Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: - Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector. - Strong writing and communication skills. - Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools. - Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus). - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
