Must have knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety. Must be able to read and write procedures, update existing documents and develop and create new Food Safety manuals. Must be able to maintain confidentiality about all aspects of the job at all times. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain high quality standards without supervision.Occasional travel to out of state facilities and growing regions may be required. A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
