Sales Representative
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, lead generation, and care coordination. This role requires a strong background in both B2B and direct sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with patients. The Sales Representative will leverage their expertise in technology sales and CRM software to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. This is a medical sales position where we sell medical and wellness care plans.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Provide ongoing support and customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications
Proven experience in direct to consumer sales or technical sales is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Zoho, is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies is beneficial.
