TrainingAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Education, which is dedicated to preparing educators, leaders, and counselors as agents of social change. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, and guiding the school's activities in line with its mission and vision. This role involves overseeing faculty and staff recruitment, evaluation, and development, as well as ensuring program quality and academic integrity. The Dean will also be tasked with increasing student success, managing resources, and driving new program development. Advocacy, particularly in championing the school's mission and vision, and engaging with professional organizations and accrediting bodies, is a key aspect of the position.Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Education must have a terminal degree in an academic discipline within the School of Education, with a strong preference for those with a record of successful strategic planning, community engagement, and experience in fundraising. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity, as well as experience with program accreditation and academic assessments. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders are essential.
