MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Exposure to M&A underwriting, transaction diligence, or investment analysis required; multi-site, education, healthcare, or services industry experience preferred.Advanced Excel and financial modeling; advanced experience with budgeting/planning systems, Power BI/dashboard tools, and ERP/GL data; comfort working with large data sets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present financial information effectively to executive and non-financial audiences.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
