Communicating with all levels of management while providing exceptional guest service that will promote guest satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure that all Team Members are in compliance with company standards and gaming regulationsJob Focus:Focus is on, but not limited to the following:Provides leadership and guidance in the daily operation of the Casino floorPerforms numerous daily tasks and routines in order to ensure guest and Team Member satisfactionHave an open door policy to all Team Members to help resolve any disputes and/or issuesAlways exhibit a positive and professional attitude with guests and Team MembersEnsure customer satisfaction and promote repeat businessEnsure compliance with federal and state gaming regulationsMaintain a visual presence on casino floor while interacting with guests and Team MembersManage table coverage, minimums and maximums to ensure operational profitabilityPositive leadership that will promote staff development and advancementDesired Qualifications:Proficient knowledge of all Table Games operationsHigh school diploma or its equivalent and at least 7 years of experience in the fieldMust have at least 2 years management experience in a gaming operationAvailable to work any shift, weekends and holidaysComputer proficientAble to work under pressure; exhibiting strong leadership and problem solving skillsProfessional appearance and effective verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable with a variety of Casino concepts, practices, and proceduresAbility to complete reports to all levels of management as requestedA valid Nevada Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this positionMust be 21 years of age or older
