If you're an Illinois licensed LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT looking to make an impact through virtual care, we'd love to connect.Our ability to provide supervision for non-independent mental health professionals varies by state and license, but we also encourage you to apply. We try to support non-independent licenses when possible.Key Responsibilities:Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plansProvide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platformsSupport Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) systemCoordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environmentParticipate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultationsAdhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulationsRequirements:Active and verifiable license from one of the following Illinois licenses: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, as well as your state of residence if it is not Illinois. All credentials must be verified through the State Board's website as part of the application processExperience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settingsStrong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approachComfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth toolsAbility to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrityHave a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internetThe Benefits of Joining AffectThe salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.Full-time employees may enroll in offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and also provided employer paid life and disability insurance.
