Fund Accounting Supervisor
A fast-growing and young fund services firm is looking to hire an Fund Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager for their growing PE team. This is a genuine step up for anyone coming from large fund admin firms. Here, you'll have real ownership of work, direct client exposure, and a supportive working environment.Responsibilities:Full ownership of fund accounting across Private Equity portfolios (capital calls, distributions, waterfall calculations, carried interest, and LP allocations including tax-exempt and blocked investor structures)Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements and supporting workpapersSupporting audits and tax processes end-to-end, acting as a key point of contact for external advisorsOnboarding new fund structures and transitionsSupervising junior staff and reviewing their work. Faster promotion pathways for improving team activity and moraleDirect client communication — you'll be responsive, professional, and trustedMust Have:4–7 years in fund accounting, ideally at a mid-to-large fund admin or a direct fundSolid PE exposure, deep understanding and able to prepare waterfalls, carried interest, IRRs, LPA mechanics.
