NHRA fans continue to be some of the most loyal in any sport.Position Summary:The Division Services Coordinator is a full-time position working on-site within the Greater Hartford office location and reporting to the Division Director of the Northeast Division. This position is eligible for the Company's comprehensive benefits package.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:In-Office Responsibilities• Assist or direct competitors to the appropriate department for licensing needs and technical questions related to the rulebook.• Serve as a point of contact for member tracks answer questions on programs, coordinate chassis seminars and incident-response training, and support licensing inquiries.• Assign event staff and manage travel arrangements for divisional events.• Maintain and update the division's social channels.• Assist with annual budget planning.• Maintain and track division equipment.• Coordinating shipping and receiving within the office• Oversee the ordering, receiving and accuracy of event and end-of-season awardsEvent Responsibilities• Support the Division Director and work in any event role as assigned.• Help communicate with competitors and member tracks before and during events.Annual Member Track Meetings & Awards Banquet• Assist the Division Director in selecting and securing the host facility.• Coordinate online ticket sales.• Create and manage the event seating chart.Minimum Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of acceptable education and relative experience.• Proficient use in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Proven decision-making ability.• Strong team-oriented attitude.• Must be able to obtain a CDL to operate the division truck and trailer within 12 months of hire.• Prior supervisory experience preferred.• Able to travel extensively including overnight travel, particularly within the NHRA season (approximately 50% travel).• Flexible schedule; able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required and necessary.• Able to stoop, bend, walk, and stand for periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. with minimal assistance.• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in varying elements of the weather.Equal Opportunity StatementNHRA is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital status, veteran/military status, or any other protected class under federal/CA law, offering reasonable accommodations.I acknowledge that all information I have provided in conjunction with this employment application is true, accurate, and complete.
