This role supports the company’s AI transformation by helping teams automate work, improve efficiency, and unlock new capabilities using modern AI and automation tools.You will work as part of a small, strategic AI team and collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services and other business functions to understand problems, assess opportunities, and deliver working AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career engineer who is excited to learn quickly, experiment responsibly, and apply AI in real-world business environments.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy practical AI-powered solutions across RevalizeAutomate workflows and business processes to improve team efficiencyCollaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services and other business functions to gather requirements and assess opportunitiesDesign, test, and refine prompts and AI-driven workflows to improve output quality and reliabilityEvaluate when AI is the right solution versus traditional automation or rules-based approachesIntegrate AI services into workflows, tools, and applications beyond simple chat interfacesWork with data from multiple sources (documents, forms, systems, APIs) and shape it for AI useBuild solutions that align with enterprise security and governance expectationsTranslate business requirements and feedback into working solutions iterativelyQualifications1–4 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, automation, solutions engineering, data engineering, or similar)Hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI tools to build functional solutionsFamiliarity with common GenAI use cases: summarization, extraction, classification, routing, and content generationUnderstanding of AI limitations (hallucinations, context limits, latency, cost) and how to design around themExperience with Microsoft platforms including Azure, Foundry, Copilot, Teams, and Power PlatformExperience building automation workflows using tools such as n8n or similarExperience working with APIs, MCP, webhooks, databases, and system integrationsAbility to write and modify basic scripts in JavaScript and/or PythonComfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments with a bias toward action over over-planningStrong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences
