Job Title: Nutrition ChemistJob DescriptionLooking for a Nutrition Chemist with strong background in GCMS, LECO, UV-Vis and Grava, Metric Analysis! Ideally from Nutrition Chemist setting, or 3+ years of relevant experience.Essential Skills+ GC-MS experience would be beneficial+ LECO experience would be beneficial (protein analysis)+ A strong working knowledge of wet chemistry (titrations, etc.)+ Experience in Grava-metric analysis (analysis by weighing stuff - moisture would be a good example of that)+ UV-Vis Experience (Absorbance equation)Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Good observational skills+ Attention to detail+ Organizational skills+ Good writing skills (as they head into SOPs) - technical writing skills+ Good math skillsWork EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
