Enterprise Sales | 100% Remote | $XXK Base + $200K–$300K OTE

The Contractor Consultants is increasing our sales team for annual enterprise partnerships with high-ticket, multi-stakeholder, relationship-driven deals. We're not looking for dialers or hunters. We need closers who can navigate complex organizations, build real trust with tough decision-makers, collect payment on the call, and manage a book of business that generates compounding income year over year.
We 10x'd revenue last year. We're on track to support 1,500+ clients in 2026. We've been recognized by Congress, won industry awards, and our top reps are pacing $200K–$300K.

How You Will Make an Impact
Convert 100% warm inbound leads into annual hiring partnerships at deal sizes of $XX,000+
Manage enterprise sales cycles across 2 - 3 calls, multiple stakeholders, and 1-2 week closing timelines.
Crack the card on the call - be able to secure payment directly with decision-makers without wavering.
Own your HubSpot pipeline with zero hand-holding; clean data, clean conscience, clean commission
Build rapid, authentic rapport with contractors and construction owners and corporate buyers
Manage the full relationship lifecycle: onboarding handoff, XX-day check-ins, and annual renewals support.
Cultivate a referral pipeline by becoming a trusted advisor to your client base
Adapt with confidence when the product, process, or model evolves because it will.
What We Need (Non-Negotiables)
3+ years closing high-ticket deals at $10,000+ not just pitching. Closing.
Multi-call enterprise experience you understand deal velocity and can hold urgency across multiple calls
CRM ownership advanced HubSpot or Salesforce proficiency; your pipeline is your P&L and your money.
Money confidence you can discuss pricing, ROI, and payment without flinching
Cracking the card you've taken payments over the phone and you don't apologize for it
Small-team DNA you've thrived in high-growth, fast-changing environments, not Fortune 500 bureaucracies
What Gives You the Edge (Preferred)
Background in or around construction selling to contractors, working trades, or similar field experience.
Experience in recruitment sales, staffing, or HR technology
Located in the Southeastern United States Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia where our core prospect base lives
In-person closing experience. If you can close someone face-to-face, Zoom is a gift.
