The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing team operations, driving social strategy, and maintaining high-level client relationships. Key responsibilities include portfolio management, strategic oversight of content and social media strategies, cross-functional leadership, social listening for brand reputation, and serving as a senior-level, client-facing partner. Applicants for the Director of Social Strategy position at the company must have 6-8 years of dedicated experience in the pharmaceutical social media space, with a deep understanding of MLR processes. The role requires a leader with the ability to multitask, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong background in communication for high-stakes client interactions. The Director will also be responsible for team mentorship, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the professional growth of internal team members during the interim period.
