The perfect candidate for this position is organized and efficient, while being service-minded with our clients. This role requires a strong track record in juggling multiple cases and knowledge of strict litigation timelines. This position is full-time, on-site at our Irvine, CA location.ResponsibilitiesLegal Case Management: Run investigative searches through ISO, EAMS, and social media platforms to identify case-strengthening informationObtain critical case information, including medical records, radiology films, itemized billing, and subpoenaed filesObtain and handle health insurance, Workers' Compensation, and statutory liens (DHCS Medi-Cal and CMS Medicare) Serve as the primary liaison for client care by coordinating medical appointments, tracking treatment recommendations, and facilitating third-party financing or client loansPrepare and submit medpay reimbursement demands and secure settlement drafts from insurance carriersOrchestrate the execution of settlement releases, authorizations, and check endorsementsMaintain consistent communication with all paralegals and attorneys and provide timely case updates as requestedRequirementsBachelor's degree preferably in criminal justice, sociology, or related studies2-5 years of litigation case management experienceStrong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilitiesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent telephone customer service etiquette and support, with emphasis on active listening skillsSuperior time management and capable to handle multiple cases and deadlines at onceExcellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) and effective organization skillsMaintains consistent attendance to support the team's productivity and efficiencyCompensation & Benefits:Starting pay ranging from $26.00 - $30.00 an hourWe have a company culture that fosters career growth and opportunityWe are a team – everyone is important and contributes to corporate growth and successWe pay 60% of your health and dental plan, and offer life, vision and pet insuranceWe recognize that time off to recharge is important, so we offer paid time off that begins accruing on your first day of work.Our generous 401k and profit share plan is designed with your future in mindThe Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is an equal opportunity employer.
