Software Engineer IV

Position: Software Engineer IV Location: Hybrid in Birmingham, AL, Charlotte,NC or Atlanta, GA Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core. Strong ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core development experience. Experience with React.js and modern front-end development. Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable SQL databases. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud development. Best candidates will have some or all of the following AWS services: Lambda, S3, Route 53, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL / Aurora Experience with full-stack software development. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with GitHub and modern source-control practices. Experience working with legacy applications and/or application modernization. Preferred Qualifications GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools. (Because we have competition, I//'d almost make this a must-have) Harness and CI/CD pipeline automation. Docker/containerized applications. Red Hat OpenShift. HashiCorp technologies. JIRA / Atlassian tools. Experience migrating applications or codebases to GitHub. Banking or financial services experience. Experience supporting security, vulnerability remediation, or application modernization initiatives.
