Conduct turnover maintenance, property evaluations, and repairs to keep properties in top condition.Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in household systems and appliances, drawing on your maintenance background to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs.Customer Service Excellence: Interact with residents professionally, maintaining a polished appearance and a positive demeanor.
