This role is responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting to support business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers across North AmericaDrive a clear focus on selling available capacity to accelerate revenue growthOversee pipeline management and campaign tracking within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy and data integritySupport team members in managing key customer accounts and expanding existing businessMeet and exceed sales targets, including both budgeted revenue and growth objectivesAnalyze and communicate regional market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapeDeliver accurate and timely sales forecasts to leadershipProvide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progression, and campaign effectivenessBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners through regular travel and in-person engagementThis role is remote and requires 60% travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in sales leadership or managing a sales teamDemonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targetsKnowledge & ExpertiseStrong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologiesExperience with sales planning and territory managementProven ability to grow sales and expand market shareKnowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitive positioningExperience contributing to budget development and forecasting processesSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team development skillsResults-driven with a focus on achieving sales growthExcellent negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingProficient in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage conflict, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex situationsExperienceExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred (e.g., heavy engineering or related industries)Proven experience contributing to sales budgeting and forecastingCompensationIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
