Account Manager

About the Role:As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing both service (“Come Do”) work and project-based initiatives. You’ll oversee projects from estimation to execution, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget—all while providing top-tier customer service.*We are looking to fill this role by June 1st, or sooner! *What You’ll Do:Estimate and prepare project proposals.Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.Handle service work promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the trusted point of contact.Achieve annual revenue goals ($3M–$5M+).Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline.Collaborate with internal teams to align projects with company objectives.Represent Penhall at community and industry events to strengthen our brand.Who You Are:A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Experienced in project management, estimating, or sales within construction or related industries (3–5 years preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with OSHA construction safety standards.Organized, customer-focused, and results-driven.Education & Experience:Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s preferred.Proven track record in managing projects, estimates, or sales within construction-related industriesWhy Penhall?At Penhall, we value our employees and clients alike.
