DescriptionThe Project Manager -Security is to provide project leadership using high levels of communication to both internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager -Security will be accountable for the financial health and client satisfaction of executed projects.Major Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the financial health of assigned projects to include managing costs, expenses, and labor hoursAssign the project team, develop the project objectives/goals, and assign individual responsibilitiesCreate an excellent customer experience throughout the project life cycleEnsure projects are completed within the documented project management processBe an active member in continuous improvement initiatives to serve our internal and external customers betterEnsure project activities move according to pre-determined scheduleReview the deliverables prepared by the team before passing them onto the clientBuild, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the projects and our partnersOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree required (Construction Management or Business strongly preferred)Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project managementExperience within the Construction or Security industry preferredExperience working both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment is essentialAbility to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departmentsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with experience in customer serviceAdept at conducting research into project-related issues and productsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwareJ-18808-Ljbffr
