Global Account Lead, Clinical Infant & Medical Nutrition

It’s an exciting time to join Kerry and we are hiring a Global Account Lead key to join our team. This account leadership role can sit remotely in the US and will be responsible for managing and growing a handful of the top key global accounts within Kerry’s Clinical Infant & Adult Medical Nutrition vertical. This role acts as the key liaison and single point of contact between these global CIA accounts and Kerry’s multiple technology pillars (i.e. Proactive Health, Proteins, Taste, Enzymes, etc).

Responsibilities:
Financial delivery measured by month, quarter, and year
Commercial and innovation pipeline delivery
Build, maintain, and grow global relationship with these accounts including securing multi-country commercial partnerships and scaling Kerry’s CIA innovation across the globe at these account
Cross-functional leadership and seamless matrix-management
Lead global contract discussions and negotiations, ensuring profitability and compliance
Qualifications and skills
MBA or undergraduate business degree
Minimum 7 years of B2B account management or sales experience with P&L delivery track record at a global level – including North America, Europe and Asia
Minimum 5 years experience in working at or selling to Clinical Infant (including Infant Milk) and Medical Nutrition companies.
Experience working in CIA roles at both B2B CIA companies and B2C CIA companies is a strong bonus
Deep and up-to-date network of key contacts and decision makers at the top CIA customers globally
Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Successful track record in co-created innovation for B2B partners
Highly commercial & strategic thinker with a track record in understanding customer margins, churn and business
Demonstrate high flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment.
The typical hiring range for this role is $140,467- $244,122 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
