US Citizens or permanent residents only.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Money Movement Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on cash management, transfers, payments, and operational workflow optimization within a fast-paced wealth management environment. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, operations, compliance, technology teams, and vendors to enhance and streamline money movement processes across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services, wealth management operations, and business analysis, with a deep understanding of wire transfers, ACH, journals, account funding, and payment-related workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to money movement initiatives and operational processesPartner with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to define solutions and drive deliverySupport initiatives involving:Domestic and international wire transfersACH processingCashiering operationsAccount funding and disbursementsInternal/external journalsPayment processing workflowsCreate detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and functional specificationsAssist with gap analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiativesCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production validationWork closely with technology teams during implementation and deployment activitiesEnsure solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirementsFacilitate meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project status updatesRequired Qualifications8+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial services or wealth managementStrong knowledge of money movement operations and payment workflowsExperience with wire transfers, ACH, cashiering, and account servicing operationsProven ability to gather and document complex business requirementsExperience working in Agile environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teamsProficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and other BA toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience within wealth management, private banking, or brokerage environmentsFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to payment processingPrior experience supporting operational transformation or workflow automation initiativesUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, and digital payment platforms is a plus
