Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician for a contract assignment at a partnering Hospital in Arlington, Texas. As an Endoscopy Tech, you’ll play a critical role in supporting gastroenterologists and nurses during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Completion of an Endoscopy Technician or Sterile Processing program preferred BLS certification (required) Minimum of 1 year of recent Endoscopy Tech experience in a hospital or outpatient setting Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEndoscopy Technician Contract Details:$1,040 - $1,120 per week estimated weekly13 week contract, with possibility to extend40 per week Setting - HospitalKey Responsibilities:Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and functioning Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies Handle specimens and maintain accurate labeling/documentation Operate, clean, and maintain endoscopy instruments and equipment Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Follow infection control protocols and maintain compliance with hospital standardsWhat We Offer:Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance!
