Leases have been signed and will be targeted to open in Dec 2022/Jan 2023Qualifications: Licensed in AR; Clean, Active DEA (need to be able to change address) BC. Facility Type:Outpatient Urgent Care ClinicReason for Coverage Need: Extra Volume Start Date: Dec 19, 2022/Jan 2023 (Cred â€" 90 days with clean file) These are NEW locations and new construction. Leases have been signed and will be targeted to open in Dec 2022.Length of Assignment: Ongoing Minimum Length Accepted:3 mths ongoing Schedule: Centers are open 8a-8p Monday â€" Friday9a-5p â€" Saturday and SundayAbility to work a large volume/blocks of shifts per month and/or full time ongoing is preferable. The providers maybe required to float between the three locations in Fort Smith, Arkansas. No OTResponsibility/Procedures: Urgent Care environment. Provider must be able to see/treat 6 months and up. For all urgent care needs. Procedures include suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs.Call Requirements: No Call Charting/Dictation: EPIC Support Staff:MA â€" 1Office Staff - 1Additional Information:Modern state of the art Urgent Care Centers that include Lab and Mobile x-Ray with access to additional Mercy resources.
