Overview
We are seeking an analytical professional to join our dynamic team as a Financial Planner . This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, creating financial plans, and presenting those plans to clients.
We seek a technically strong financial planning professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities
Develop customized, comprehensive financial plans designed to help clients achieve their goals.
Work directly with clients to gather information and present financial plans.
Build rapport with clients and potential clients to establish lasting relationships.
Collaborate with advisors to provide holistic financial solutions, including facilitating referrals to trusted insurance professionals, CPAs and estate planning attorneys.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, enhance processes, and deliver high‑quality, client‑focused outcomes.
Advance the utilization of financial planning software and other technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience with financial planning software.
CFP® or PFS designation, or in the process of obtaining one.
Strong understanding of cash flow scenarios, education funding strategies, equity compensation (ISOs, NQSOs, RSUs) and investment model portfolios.
Knowledge of insurance products (life, disability, long‑term care), taxes and estate planning needs including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Additional Information
This is a full‑time position. Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the office at least 3 days per week.
