Full Time Content Communication SpecialistAvamere25115 SW Parkway, Suite B, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, NOT a remote position, can be hybridThe Content Specialist creates and publishes impactful content across multiple channels to drive engagement, strengthen communication, and enhance brand connection.This role produces a wide range of content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, videos, social media content, marketing materials, and more. Success in this position requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with department leaders and teams.Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities Create, edit, and distribute employee communications, including emails and monthly newslettersStrategize, create, and manage email marketing campaignsProduce monthly newsletters, including marketing newsletter, employee newsletter, and marketing newsletters for senior living communitiesDevelop content for marketing collateral such as ads, flyers, website updates, and other materialsAssist in the production of videos from pre-production through post-production, including planning, filming, editing, and publishing (production skills are a bonus, video editing skills are highly preferred)Support management of multiple social media profiles, including content production, scheduling, and reviewing submissionsEdit and post videos for social media, including reels, and shortsMonitor and respond to online reviews in alignment with brand voice and guidelinesWrite blog articles for company and community platformsMonitor and organize department email inboxesAttends company meetings as requestedOther tasks that may be assigned by your manager.Qualifications A bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, video production, or a related fieldGraphic design skills and competency in Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe InDesign or programs similar to themPrefer demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levelsExcellent written and verbal skillsMust consistently demonstrate good judgment and problem‐solving abilitiesExcellent time management, prioritization, and organization skillsAbility to work well in a fast‐paced and collaborative environmentDemonstrates resourcefulness and initiativeStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to consistently meet deadlinesThe ability to work successfully as part of a teamAbility to exercise independent judgment in completing assignmentsAvamere Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.Equal Opportunity Employer.
