Packaging Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Package Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling, functional packaging solutions. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and production to create packaging that aligns with our brand and resonates with consumers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative packaging concepts that align with brand identity and functional requirementsCreate detailed design specifications, dielines, and prototypes for new and existing packagingResearch market trends, materials, and competitive products to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovationPrepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and executing revisions efficientlyManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesPartner with production and vendors to ensure designs are print-ready and executed accuratelyStay current with industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field3+ years of professional packaging design experience (fitness, consumer goods, or appliance packaging preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D modeling tools is a plusStrong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and creative problem-solvingSolid understanding of materials, printing processes, and packaging constructionExcellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
