Role has an emphasis on team building, client satisfaction, and project management and profitability. The senior associate shows a passion for lighting design and a belief in HLB's Corporate Culture. Will participate in the base of leadership from which HLB will sustain and grow. Position is 70% manager, 30% leader. ResponsibilitiesAchieving Results - Project ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for monthly invoicing and timely response to fee drafts and collections issuesNegotiates additional services / scope modifications as requiredDevelops technical skills appropriate to area of expertise and continually improves skills and knowledge through supplemental education, seminars, etDeep knowledge of budgets, project structure, and project financials.Requires minimal supervision from PrincipalsResponsible for full delivery of a project from start to finish with team / ownership of all associated tasks - produces and oversees.
