Sanford Insurance Center Inc. is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Sanford, NC.We are seeking someone with excellent people skills who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building long-term relationships. Insurance experience and an active insurance license are strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and able to obtain their insurance license.This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Sanford office.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changesProvide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in personHelp process policy updates, renewals, and documentationSupport producers and agency staff with administrative and customer service tasksMaintain accurate customer records and follow up promptly on requestsBuild positive relationships with both new and existing clientsEducate customers on available insurance products and coverage optionsQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills are requiredInsurance license preferred or ability to obtain license requiredPrevious insurance or office experience preferredProfessional, dependable, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentBasic computer and organizational skillsAbility to work well with both customers and team membersReliable transportation and ability to commute to Sanford, NC dailyWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
