Software Engineer, Integrations

Overview In this role, you will help power North, Cohere’s secure AI workspace platform, by building and maintaining the data integrations that connect enterprise data to AI agents. You will own the end-to-end integration pipeline and enable other engineers to add new tools, ensuring reliability as the platform evolves. You’ll create evals and tests to validate integrations and tune tool descriptions for performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven AI capabilities that fit real enterprise workflows.
